The examination regulations versions from the winter semester 2023/24 (abbreviation 20232 or newer) indicate the ECTS points at module level and no longer at study or examination performance level. Therefore, the ECTS points are missing in the grade list. The ECTS points are still calculated correctly at module level if the coursework or examination is passed.
We are looking for a way to continue to display the ECTS points for you in the grade list.
Typically, in the Campus Portal, the grade lists combine students from all courses of study. Therefore, it is also referred to as the 'common grade entry list' or 'coupled examinations.
This means that the module allocations/allocations of the examination numbers of all courses of study are combined in a common examination for the course. In the Campus Portal, these coupled examinations are always displayed under the Stud.IP event number and the Stud.IP event title (menu item 'Course organization' - 'My exams/events' - tab 'Examinations (/Substitution)').
Log in to the Campus Portal with your ZIM ID - Login Campusportal
The Campus Portal is only accessible within the university's internal network for the roles of examiner substitute and examiner. If you are working from home, you will need a connection via Citrix or VPN.
If it is not possible to open the Campus Portal, we recommend trying a different browser (recommendation: using the Google Chrome browser). If you are unable to do so after several attempts, please contact the ZIM-Support.
You can find information and instructional videos about the Campus Portal on the EXA-Management-Website.
Since it is possible for examiners to conduct multiple examinations on the same day and potentially at the same time (e.g., written exams), omitting the specific time eliminates a scheduling conflict error message. The system would not allow an examiner to conduct multiple examinations at the same time. However, conducting multiple examinations in one day is permissible. Entering the examination date is sufficient to establish the legal validity of the assessments.
In the Campus Portal, examinations are exclusively found under examination numbers. However, in the event portal Stud.IP, one searches by event numbers.
Currently, coupled examinations are generated in the Campus Portal based on the events created in Stud.IP. Therefore, these comprehensive examinations can be found in the menu item 'Course organization' - 'My exams/events' - tab 'Examinations (/Substitutions)' under the Stud.IP event number and the Stud.IP event title.
Some features of the Campus Portal may be limited when using the "Mozilla Firefox" browser. Therefore, we recommend using the "Google Chrome" browser. "Google Chrome" is the standard browser at HISeg, ensuring that all functions work perfectly.
Entering the examination date is necessary for recording achievements. Only then do the study or examination achievements become legally valid, and consequently, the completion can be determined or the date can be used for necessary assistance calculations. Therefore, it is advisable to enter the examination date before completing the final grade entry.
All examination-related matters such as recognitions, certificate applications, requests for change of major, deadlines and dates, and examination schedules can still be found on the websites of the Examination Office.
