Process management implementation project
The aim of our implementation project is to create the necessary foundations and prerequisites for the organisational anchoring of process management. In the implementation project, we will:
- analyse the initial situation and draft a global process map, which will be continually updated with our own analyses and through the integration of the modelled processes contributed by the units.
- define standards for process modelling and digitalisation to create the conditions for process controlling.
- introduce easy-to-use software for process owners at all organisational levels that supports process analysis, modelling and execution.
- develop a concept for deploying process management across the whole organisation.
- In sub-projects, we will offer training in process orientation, quantitative process evaluation and knowledge management to the organisational sections and section heads.
This will create transparency at all levels with regard to existing processes as well as their dependencies and quantitative evaluation.
