EXA stands for 'Examination,' is a module of the Campus Portal, and encompasses all functions related to examination management for students. Some of these functions include mapping of study and examination regulations, examination registration, grade entry, grade visibility for students, and certificate generation.
Employees of the University of Passau have roles such as examiner, substitute examiner, administrator, or EXA read access, depending on their duties.

Employees can contact the EXA Management via exa-management@uni-passau.de. Please ensure to formulate your inquiry as comprehensively as possible and provide all necessary information. This will enable us to process inquiries as quickly and effectively as possible.

All examination-related matters such as recognitions, certificate applications, requests for change of major, deadlines and dates, and examination schedules can still be found on the websites of the Examination Office.
