Start/ Mid-February | Application deadline, please note the application deadlines as well as the online application and application documents. |
February- March | |
End of March/ middle of April | Dispatch of official notices (approvals and rejections) to students. First, the acceptance letters are sent; the attached declaration of acceptance must be received by the International Office by the deadline stated in the cover letter. Any successors will then be notified. At the end, the cancellations are sent out together with the possibility of claiming remaining places at other partner universities. |
April/May | Nomination of students in groups at the partner universities by the International Office. |
May-June | Students receive the registration and admission forms of the host university with which they must register at the partner university. For the University of Passau, complete the Erasmus+ learning agreement and have it signed. If you wish to have courses from abroad credited to your account, the chairs will issue you with Individual learning agreements for each course. You will find the forms and a guideline for completing the learning agreements in our Download Centre. In the run-up to your stay (and later at the end of your stay), you must then take an obligatory Erasmus+ online language test. |
September/ October | Dispatch of official notices of granting the mobility grant The total funding amount will be transferred to the specified German account after receipt of the declaration of acceptance. |
June/July of the following year | The International Office checks the Erasmus+ Online Survey, the report form for studying abroad, the residence confirmations (from our download center) and the transcript of records (students should acquire 20 to 30 ECTS per semester abroad). If necessary, the students will receive a partial reclaim of the subsidy. |
During the whole period the students will be supervised by the programme officers and the team of the International Office.
