You will no doubt be interested in the criteria that determine whether or not you are selected for a study place. General selection criteria are:
The Faculty of Law calculates an overall grade on the basis of the grades from the examination sections and performance records required for the application. If the overall grade is identical, the curriculum vitae and the study project will also be taken into account for assessment purposes.
When selecting students for the B.Sc. Business Administration and Economics and B.Sc. Information Systems degree programmes, the assessment results in the examination modules of the first three semesters are given priority in the assessment.
In the case of master’s students, the bachelor’s grade in particular is taken into account, as well as any assessments completed during the master’s programme to date.
The grades and the overall impression from the curriculum vitae and cover letter are decisive for accepting applications. The selection is made by the respective programme officer.
Details on the selection criteria of the Faculty of Humanities and Culture and Faculty of Social and Educational Sciences can be found on the web pages of the respective programme officers. The programme officers can be found on the overview pages of our partner universities.
