You must first apply for a study location at the International Office – University Cooperation and Student Mobility (Section II/1) of the University of Passau. International Office will then forward your documents to the programme officer or the Foreign Affairs Committee.
Application period for all faculties: 02.12.2024 - 15.01.2025
for a stay abroad in WS 2025/26 and/or SS 2026
After you have been selected to study abroad, you still have to apply or register at the respective partner university. These deadlines can be found on the homepage of the respective partner university.
A place at one of our European partner universities is automatically linked to the Erasmus+ Mobility Grant (if the conditions are met). You will receive the mobility grant after acceptance of the study place abroad and do not have to apply for it separately.
