If there are any changes to the courses taken after the start of your studies abroad, these must be notified to the International Office no later than 5 weeks after arrival.
The following applies to students who are studying abroad in another EU country: Course changes must be entered in the Online Learning Agreement as "latest proposal" (neuster Vorschlag) and be approved.
Students studying abroad outside the EU should send the "During The Mobility" form to outgoing@uni-passau.de.
After arrival in the destination country and on the last day of your stay abroad, your confirmation of stay (Aufenthaltsbestätigung) must be signed by the International Office at the partner university. The document must be submitted to the International Office by e-mail within 4 weeks of your return, stating the exact period (day, month, year) and the signatures of the partner university.
Please note: The end date must not be after the signature date! A "Letter of Acceptance" is not sufficient.
If you would like to extend your stay abroad by a further semester, please contact the International Office (Franziska Hanisch) at least 6 weeks before the official end of your semester abroad. This also applies if you wish to end your stay abroad early for specific reasons.
