In a consultation meeting!
In a study program-specific consultation, we answer all exam-related legal questions regarding your study program. The meeting can take place over the phone or in person.
To schedule an appointment, please contact the responsible person for your study program.
You can submit applications and forms online via ticket, by post, in person during office hours at our Service Point, or by placing them in the mailbox on the 2nd floor of the administration building (behind room VW 201).

If you require proof of your academic achievements and examination results at the University of Passau, please contact the designated person for your study program directly with a written request. The information is provided free of charge.
Information from the University’s academic and enrollment records is generally provided only to the individuals concerned. Disclosures to third parties can only be made under the legal conditions outlined in Articles 18 to 21 of the Bavarian Data Protection Act and upon submission of the necessary documentation and payment of the processing fee.
