All information relevant to your profile at the university is stored under the menu item "Self Service". Here you will find, for example, certificates of achievement, matriculation certificates, BAföG certificates or your parking permit.
In the main menu, select > "My studies" > „Self-service".
In the "Self-service" interface, call up the "Requested Reports / Reports" tab.
You can see an overview of all the certificates you have access to. You can download them in PDF format.
Under the "Allgemein" button you will see an overview of your study progress certificates (Studienverlaufsbescheinigung) and can download them (icon sheet with magnifying glass). For each of your enrolled semesters, the study progress certificate shows the corresponding status of the semester, e.g. whether it was a semester of leave.
Don't be put off if there are no new notifications, you can still click on the "Allgemein" button.
You can also find your certificates of examinations under the "Study achievements" menu item.
If you are studying two or more degree programs/subjects and would like to download certificates of achievement, you must select the corresponding degree program/subject and the desired semester for which the certificate is to be downloaded. Please uncheck all other study programs.
Then click on "Create PDF" and you will receive the desired certificate of achievement.
