Due to the increasing internationalisation and globalisation of the world, intercultural issues may also be of great importance at every stage of the business concept. As companies often operate in intercultural teams and in an intercultural global business context, engagement with and understanding of cultural differences are nowadays requirements for successful entrepreneurship. Exploiting the creative and synergistic potential of intercultural interactions can provide the company with the key competitive advantage as well as inspiration in this regard.
The Intercultural Start-up Hub consists of the Chair of Intercultural Communication and supports those seeking to start a business through coaching, qualification offers and the corresponding community around the topics of culture and interculturality.
The Interculturality Start-up Hub is happy to help you become more aware of intercultural differences and raise your awareness of them. To this end, we provide you with practical tools for a constructive, positive and effective approach to interculturality in your start-up. In this way, we support you in using the creative potential of culture for the value creation of your company! We are also happy to advise you on intercultural teams and successful cooperation with intercultural stakeholders.

Within the framework of PATEC, the Interculturality Start-up Hub offers the opportunity to expand personal knowledge about interculturality and to network interculturally and gain experience in line with the motto of this start-up hub.
For this purpose, for example, regular community nights are held, each on a different topic related to culture and entrepreneurship. This will be continued with further events in the future.
The Interculturality Start-up Hub offers a wide range of qualification opportunities in the form of courses, seminars, certificate programmes and extra-curricular training.
