The startup support of the University of Passau - together with the Deggendorf Institute of Technology, University of Applied Sciences Landshut as well as the O/HUB (association of the University of Regensburg, OTH Regensburg and OTH Amberg-Weiden) - invites you on
to the joint virtual talent matching event Lower Bavaria / Upper Palatinate under the motto "Start-ups meet Students".
Selected startup teams from the universities will present themselves and their startup projects in short pitches and then address their vacant positions. They are looking for co-founders, permanent team members, final year students, working students or interns. Afterwards, interested students will have the opportunity to get to know the founders better in break-out sessions and to network in a relaxed atmosphere.
Prior registration for the event is not required. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
Eight highly interesting start-ups, exciting pitches and over 100 participating students - this is how the second Talent Matching Event Lower Bavaria / Upper Palatinate on 22 November 2022 can be summarised in a nutshell.
The start-ups each had three minutes to present themselves and their vacancies to the interested students. Afterwards, the participants were able to personally exchange ideas with the founding teams in break-out sessions.
They were looking for co-founders, permanent team members, final theses, working students or interns, for example in the fields of software development, marketing, artificial intelligence, business informatics or business development. The teams came from various university locations and from a wide range of industries.
Start-ups
The main organiser and host of the virtual event was PATEC – The Entrepreneurial Campus of the University of Passau in cooperation with the Gründerzentrum der Hochschule Landshut, the Startup Campus of the TH Institute of Technology Deggendorf and the O/HUB – an association of the University of Regensburg and the two OTHs from Regensburg und Amberg-Weiden.
The kick-off event on 7 July 2022 was already a complete success. The university network will continue the event series in the summer semester of 2023 with a different main organiser.
