Dear students,
You can now register for the Buddy Programme in the winter semester 2024/25 at the University of Passau.
Please use the form below to do so.

However, we would like to point out that the number of available international buddies from high-demand language areas (English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese) is generally somewhat smaller, so these buddies are usually matched very quickly. It is therefore an advantage if you are flexible about your priorities.

Thank you very much for your willingness to support international students in their everyday study life in Passau!

Declaration of consent

I hereby consent to the processing of my data by the University of Passau for the Buddy programme registration. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). My data will be used exclusively within the framework of the Buddy programme and will be deleted annually on 1. January. The transmitted data will not be forwarded to any third parties. I have been informed of my rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), specifically Art. 15 (right of access), Art. 16 (right to rectification), Art. 17 (right to erasure) and Art. 18 (right to restriction of processing). I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by giving notice to the University of Passau.

To enable us to provide a good service, we reserve the right to pass on your query to the university departments responsible for the issue(s) you raise.
