It is your responsibility to find suitable courses in our course list, you will then need to make your own timetable.
You also have to take care of the recognition of courses at your home university.
We can help you to find suitable courses during the Orientation Weeks. Please have a look at our programme for the orientation weeks.
You should hand in your “Before the Mobility” document before you travel to Passau.
Changes to the original should be handed in at the latest three weeks after lectures have started.
It takes us approximately 2 weeks to sign your document and send it back to you.
Please make not of this and hand it in in time!
Please don’t inquire about the status of your LA/OLA. Have patience, we are working on it.
Yes, you can change your LA/OLA multiple times. Please hand in a “During the Mobility” document and fill in the courses you want to delete/add.
Please ALWAYS send your LA to exchangestudents@uni-passau.de
Your document is checked by the international office and will then get forwarded to the responsible person to get it signed. If you send it directly to the responsible person, it will be redirected to the international office and the process takes longer.
It is sufficient to send us your LA ONCE. You don’t have to resend the e-mail several times.
