Roll-out of a new ticket system for the Central Examinations Office

Starting on 10 April, you will be able to reach the Examinations Office via the KIX ticket system. By rolling out KIX, we will be able to process your inquiries more efficiently and quickly going forward.

Being a centralised system, it will allow us to route inquiries directly to the person in charge – streamlining the process and ensuring that your inquiries reach their intended destination without any detours. Additionally, we will be able to offer reliable assistance in urgent cases even when your usual contact person is absent thanks to the flexible access options the system supports.
To ensure that we can process your inquiries as best possible, please only use the KIX ticket system from now on. This will ensure that your concerns are forwarded directly to the right person.

The most important details for you at a glance:

  • A separate KIX contact form is available for students and staff.
  • You can log into the KIX ticket system using your regular login credentials.
  • Our replies to your inquiries will be sent to your university e-mail address.
  • Please continue to send e-mail inquiries regarding exam access arrangements only to the e-mail address nachteilsausgleich-studierende@uni-passau.de

Naturally, we will continue to be available by phone and in person at our service point during service hours and offer consultations by appointment. For further information check out the Examinations Office website.
