The Transfer Centre supports you in questions of start-up support, further scientific training and knowledge transfer as part of collaboration between science and industry or society. The range of services in the field of knowledge transfer includes offers for science and industry.

In this case, please contact the Legal Matters Relating to Research and Knowledge Transfer department. There you will receive support with regard to general legal questions and questions concerning the drafting of contracts. You can also seek advice on intellectual property issues, e.g. copyrights and inventions. Helpful templates support you in the process of concluding a contract. It is also important to prepare an order calculation in line with the market. This must be submitted to the finance division for review before the contract is concluded.

Collaboration is possible in a wide variety of areas.
