You expressly consent to the processing of your data by the University of Passau in relation to the registration for the welcome reception for new students. Your data will only be used for the registration for the welcome reception for new students and will be deleted after the event on 31 March 2025. Your data will not be submitted to any third parties. Please note that there will be someone taking photos and recording videos for the purpose of posting them on the University's social media channels and websites after the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please locate the media team at the event and let them know.
