Free, individual careers coaching for women

This semester, the Women's Office of the University of Passau is once again offering individual careers coaching for academic staff, doctoral and postdoctoral researchers and master's students with the help of external instructors. The coaching offer covers career plans, personal development and personal life goals and is designed to help you reconcile them. These coaching sessions are free of charge for you.

  • Professor Henning Schulze, Professor of Business Administration at Deggendorf Institute of Technology, transaction analyst and teaching supervisor, 8 May 2023
  • Dr Klaus Sejkora, psychologist, transactional analyst and teaching supervisor, 11 May 2023
  • Ms Irmgard Mausz, psychologist, research associate at the LMU Center for Leadership and People Management, 23 and 24 June 2023
  • Professor Peter Fischer, Chair of Social, Occupational, Organisational and Industrial Psychology at the University of Regensburg, 21 July 2023

To register, log in to your Stud.IP account. Then sign up for course code 69004 by clicking on "Go to course". The title (in German) of the coaching offer is "Individuelles Laufbahn- und Karrierecoaching". Finally, click on the "Terminvergabe" (or "Scheduling") tab to book a specific appointment. We hope many of you will make use of this offer.
