Lecture series on generative language models and their effects on society and academia
The lecture series ChatGPT, Bard, und Co: Generative Sprachmodelle in Gesellschaft und Wissenschaft (Stud.IP code 4996) will explore the latest developments in the research and application of generative language models.
Topics covered range from AI basics to the ethical, legal and societal implications of using generative language models. The lectures will provide a wide range of perspectives and insights into the latest developments in the area of generative language models.

The first lecture will take place in lecture theatre 13 and the foyer of the Computer Science and Mathematics building (Innstrasse 33) from 6 to 10 p.m. on Thursday, 4 May.
