Twice a year, PICAIS announces funding programmes for research-in-residence fellowships and event funding at the University of Passau, for which both researchers from the University and external researchers can apply.
PICAIS is a scientific centre of the University in the field of interdisciplinary and international top-level research. It focuses on the promotion and networking of research along the University of Passau's strategic thematic priorities. It offers two funding programmes in the area of international fellowships/guest stays and interdisciplinary project and event ideas that break new ground thematically and/or methodologically.
Application deadlines
The application deadlines for the years 2024/2025 for the PICAIS funding programmes are Tuesday, 15 October 2024 and Thursday, 15 May 2025.
