| Reading time: 1 min.

As an affected person, you can apply for support immediately and will then either be quickly and easily referred to suitable external support services or receive financial support. The application period is from 22 November to 28 November 2023.

Who is eligible?

  • Students from the Ukraine who are enrolled as regular students at the University of Passau in the winter semester 2023/24.
  • Doctoral students from the Ukraine who are engaged in a doctoral research project at the University of Passau during the winter semester 2023/24.
  • Researchers who are doing research at the University of Passau in the winter semester 2023/24.

Students, doctoral students and researchers from Russia who are experiencing financial hardship through no fault of their own will also be considered for funding on an individual, case-by-case basis. A separate, small emergency fund has been set up for this purpose. The application procedures and forms for this fund are the same as those for the Ukraine Emergency Fund.
