Declaration of consent

I hereby consent to the processing of my data by the University of Passau for the Buddy programme registration. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). My data will be used exclusively within the framework of the Buddy programme and will be deleted annually on 1. January. The transmitted data will not be forwarded to any third parties. I have been informed of my rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), specifically Art. 15 (right of access), Art. 16 (right to rectification), Art. 17 (right to erasure) and Art. 18 (right to restriction of processing). I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by giving notice to the University of Passau.

To enable us to provide a good service, we reserve the right to pass on your query to the university departments responsible for the issue(s) you raise.

Important notice for international degree seeking students who want to finish their degree at the University of Passau (not for exchange students)

Please only apply for the buddy-programme when you already have received a note of authorization from the registrar's office (Studierendensekretariat) of the University of Passau for your wanted study programme. If you haven't received it yet there is absolutely no problem in applying for the buddy-programme shortly before or after the start of the semester.

Data protection advice

The indication of the following data is optional. A processing of your application is only possible if you fill out the gaps required (gaps with *). A transfer of data to third parties shall not take place.
