Important information on the centrally organised examinations – seating plans
Reminder: information on seating plans [Intranet/VPN-only]
The seating plans for the centrally organised examinations in the summer semester 2021 have already been announced. For information (seating plans, dates...) for the non-centrally organised examinations, please contact the relevant Chairs.
For data privacy reasons, access to the seating plans is only possible via the University's intranet or through an OpenVPN connection.
Visit https://www.zim.uni-passau.de/en/services/network-and-server/network-access/openvpn/ for information on how to use OpenVPN.
Please find out in good time before the exam which seat (seat number) you have been assigned; in the examination room there may be no possibility to ask for the seat number.
Face masks
Face masks must be worn each time the candidate enters or leaves the examination room and their assigned seat until the exam starts. There is no mask-wearing requirement while you are seated at your desk during the exam. We will inform you in a separate update if a mask-wearing requirement is introduced due to the infection situation.
