Added notes in examination aids
According to the announcement of the Landesjustizprüfungsamt Bayern – Law Examinations Office for the State of Bavaria – as of 1 September 2016) valid as of winter semester 2016/2017:
The examination aids must not contain any added notes/entries/comments.
- However, candidates are allowed up to 20 handwritten references per double page, written in pencil, to laws/regulations (only article/section number and title of the law/regulation) as well as simple underlines in pencil, insofar as the notes or underlines do not serve to circumvent the prohibition on notes/entries/comments.
Any entries going beyond the above are not permitted.
- Additional sheets or inserts – other than those added by the publishers – are not permitted.
- The use of indexes is permitted provided that they contain only title of laws and numerical references to regulations and do not serve to circumvent the prohibition on notes/entries/comments.
