How Mariupol’s Journalists experienced the Conquest of their City

The public lecture will focus on the peculiarities of journalists' activities under the information blockade, the tools of Russian propaganda influence during the siege of Mariupol. The research fellow Dr. Olena Melnykova-Kurhanova will share the first results of her research based on 22 interviews with the city's survivors of the siege. The event will be held in the format of an open reflection seminar. The meeting will have a hybrid format (offline and online).
