The University of Passau will host the 9th European Conference of Tropical Ecology. The conference will have a focus on the diverse interactions between species, ecosystems and people in the tropics that take place at different spatial and temporal scales. We expect around 250 international participants. The local organizing team is based at the Chair of Physical Geography with a focus on Human-Environment Research (Prof. Dr. Christine Schmitt).
