I consent to the processing of my data by the University of Passau for participation in the Entrepreneurship Day. The legal basis for this consent is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. Your data will remain within the university and will only be passed on to the jury members for the purpose of evaluation. The jury members are subject to a confidentiality obligation. I have been expressly informed of my rights under Art. 15 GDPR (right of access), Art. 16 GDPR (right to rectification), Art. 17 GDPR (right to erasure) and Art. 18 (right to restriction of processing). Furthermore, I can revoke this consent to the University of Passau at any time. I have taken note of the information in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR.

Please note that there may be photo shoots on the event location. By entering the event area, you agree to the recording and use of photos and video recordings. This will be pointed out to you again on the premises.

I consent to my data being stored and processed in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM system) of Department IV/1 of the University of Passau. The legal basis for this consent is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. I have been expressly informed of my rights pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR (right of access), Art. 16 GDPR (right to rectification), Art. 17 GDPR (right to erasure) and Art. 18 (right to restriction of processing). Furthermore, I can revoke this consent to the University of Passau at any time. I have taken note of the information pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR.
