Women's advancement

The advancement of women's interests is an important element in the constantly progressing gender equality process at the University. One of the University's key tasks is to promote concrete equal opportunities for all and to take this as a guiding principle. It particularly focuses on early and increased advancement of young talent in research and teaching, increasing the proportion of women in professorships and chairs, increasing the proportion of women in all decision-making bodies and improving the compatibility of studies, career and family.
