I wanted to ask whether there is something to do for us.
The organizers of sessions may contact potential lecturers from their field and compile a list of talks.

Are there specific information yet on the conference mode? Are the lectures being live or should videos be recorded in advance? 
The lectures are being held live via ZOOM, in order to facilitate the conversation and the exchange between the participants. The speakers can play prerecorded videos for the given slot if wanted. In any case the speakers are available in ZOOM for oral discussions and the chat.

Is there already a schedule, in particular regarding the various sections?
The schedules will be finalised in August, when it is clear how many talks which session has. Only then we can optimise and rectify the schedule.

How much are the conference fees?
30 Euro standard, and 15 Euro reduced fee for (doctoral) students with receipt. Teachers with receipt can participate for free.

Can we add additional speakers for the Minisymposia?
Yes. However, if the Section or Minisymposium is very large we may arrange parallel sessions.

For Minisymposia, in this case, does there have to be "full" slots at 4 x 25 minutes?
No, there does not have to be exactly 4 talks. The only constraint is the half-hour structure, i.e., 25 minutes talks and at most one 50 minutes talk.
