From 18th – 20th March Gremary Aza attended the Agricultural Economics Society Conference - 2024 held at the University of Edinburgh. She presented a poster based on the preliminary results of the Costa Rica study case of the REVALUED project.

The poster highlights the diffusion of innovation and challenges related to the revalorization of pineapple residues. It examines the flow of information between key actors belonging to the pineapple bioeconomy network in Costa Rica using the method of Social Network Analysis. This study is a joint contribution by the master thesis of Karla Bajos, under the supervision of Terese Venus and Gremary Aza.
