Printing and copying
Kopierzentrum Passau GmbH following a public procurement procedure. Under contract, the Passau Kopierzentrum has installed a campus system and set up a copy shop in the Business/Economics Building.
The following statements are aimed at employees or refer to copies or prints made on official business. Students should refer to the relevant functions of the CampusCard for students.
You can now download the new campus printer drivers.
With the campus printer, you can send print jobs to a central server and then print them from any Konika Minolta device at the university using your CampusCard. The application for this is pre-installed on every PC supplied by ZIM.

Printing and copying has become more expensive
After the existing contracts expired on 31 December 2023, the printing and copying services (excluding office printers) had to be put out to tender again.
In the public procurement procedure, Kopierzentrum Passau GmbH was again selected as the most cost-effective provider.
However, due to the massive increase in raw material and energy prices, the basic prices per copy or scan have unfortunately risen considerably.

Please also note that an additional one cent per copy must be charged for billing expenses.
