Against the backdrop of increasing heterogeneity among students, it has become ever more important to provide new students with a frame of reference and to give them social and academic support in university life. This is what motivated the Quality Management Section to conduct a survey for new students in winter semester 2023–24. The survey targets University of Passau students who are in their 2nd and 3rd subject semesters.
