The International Support Services Section offers a document pre-checking and forwarding service for your residence permit applications (for both first-time applications and extensions). Students from non-European-Union countries must have a valid residence permit to legally reside in Germany.

Please allow for a processing time of approx. 8 to 12 weeks, as well as possible delays due to the high volume of incoming applications. Appointments are published on an ongoing basis in Luise Haack's Stud.IP profile. Be sure to register early.
