Before you come in to exchange your CampusCard you have to request a replacement in Stud.IP. Please proceed as follows: Log in to Stud.IP and select the menu item "CampusCard". In the card portal, click on the "Create" button under "Create a new card". In the menu that opens, choose "Other" and enter "faulty batch" in the comments field. Once you have done this you can bring your card to the service desk and swap it for a new one.

It is staffed Mondays to Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, but you can also make an appointment if you can only come in during afternoons.
